The Instructor Scholarship Program is designed to benefit U.S. Flight Academy and the student. This is a very simple agreement where the student can apply after completing the Private Pilot Certification Course. If admitted to the Instructor Scholarship Course, and upon completion, the U.S. Flight Academy gets to employ a very competent Flight Instructor who is trained up to proper standards and who has become accustomed to the USFA concept and structure of training. The student will be secured his first aviation employment and will be able to build his aeronautical experience while receiving a salary as a Flight Instructor. The Instructor can work at U.S. Flight Academy as long as he or she desires and he or she will be able to complete his or hers Airline Transport Pilot Certification (ATP) in our Cessna 310 Airplane, where typically Multi-Engine aeronautical experience is achieved as a Multi-Engine Instructor prior to the ATP level.
