Details for our Programs conducted according to FARs Parts 141 and 61 are:

- The average duration of the Commercial course is six (6) months.  However, the course is self paced and some students will be done in 18 weeks, while some will be done in eight 28 weeks, depending on their workload, aptitude, and understanding of the English language.

We will be able to tailor any course for specific needs and environments.

- Number of Theoretical Theory Hours and Subjects for:

Private (Basic Pilot) Pilot (Part 141): Minimum 35 hours, including the following subjects: Basic Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, Flight Instruments, Flying Regulations, Procedures and Airport Operations, Weather, Weather Services, Aircraft Performance, Enroute Flight, and Navigation and Communication Procedures.

Instrument Rating training (Part 61): Minimum 50 hours, including the following subjects: Weather, Weather Services, Flight Instruments, Navigation, Regulations and  Procedures, Departure, En Route and Arrival and Approach.

Commercial Pilot (Part 61): Minimum 60 hours, including the following subjects: Basic Aerodynamics, Aircraft Systems, Flight Instruments, Regulations, Procedures and Airport Operations, Weather, Weather Services, Aircraft Performance, Navigation and IFR Operations.

- Number of flying hours (Minimum): Basic Pilot (Part 141) = 35 hours with average total duration of 5 weeks and a total tuition cost of: $6,350.00, Instrument Pilot (Part 61) = 40 hours with average total duration of 5 weeks and a total tuition cost of $6,700.00, Commercial Pilot Single Engine (Part 61) = 150 hours - Commercial Pilot Multi-Engine (Part 61) = 25 hours - Providing a total of 250 hours upon graduation of which 30 hours are in an ATC 610K Flight Simulator.  The pupil will graduate as a Commercial Single and Multi-Engine Instrument Land Airplane Pilot (Professional Pilot).

- Total Cost is $36,720.00 for training tuition leading up to Commercial Pilot Certification and does not include living expenses or food.  If an FAA Medical Certification is desired, our flight surgeon will charge $90.00 for a first class medical certificate.  This cost is not included.
