Professional Training Courses

Commercial Pilot Qualification Course, Basic:

This course consists of Private Pilot, Instrument Pilot, Commercial Single and Multi-Engine Instrument. The cost is $36,720.00. This is a guaranteed price and includes the ground and flight training, materials, books, charts and all exam fees required. It is a complete cost and the student can expect to graduate within this cost. The duration of the course is approximately five (5) months, and includes 250 hours total time with twenty-five (25) hours being multi-engine time and (30) hours being simulator time, and will lead to Commercial Single and Multi-Engine Instrument Airplane Land Pilot Certification.

The training includes Spin Training (Private Pilot), Unusual Attitude Recovery Training and Cockpit Resource Management Training.  See also Enrollment section, Note 1 after Price List.

Commercial Pilot Qualification Course, Instructor:

Includes CFII, CFI, and MEI training together with the Basic Commercial Pilot Qualification Course.  An additional fee of $2,990.00 are required for CFII and CFI, and an additional fee of $4,850.00 is required for the MEI training.  For course and tuition breakdown click here.

Commercial Pilot Qualification Course, Commuter Prep I:

Includes 110 hrs. multi-engine training including actual instrument flying in terminal environments, with the Basic Commercial Pilot Qualification Course.  An additional fee of $10,180.00 is required (a total cost of $46,900.00).  For Course breakdown click here.

Commercial Pilot Qualification Course, Commuter Prep II:

Includes 150 hrs. multi-engine training including actual instrument flying in terminal environments, with the Basic Commercial Pilot Qualification Course.  An additional fee of $14,430.00 is required (a total cost of $51,900.00).  For Course breakdown click here.

Advanced Course I:

This course includes Multi-Engine, Single Engine, and Instrument Flight Instructor Certificate.  Must have FAA Airplane category Land Commercial Certificate with Instrument and appropriate class rating upon enrolling.  The total cost is $10,980 and includes all ground and flight training materials, books, charts and all exam fees required.  It is a complete cost and the duration of this course is approximately (2) months.  The student can expect to graduate within this cost.

CFII and CFI - Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument (CFII) - 15hrs X $170.00 = $2,550.00
Certified Flight Instructor, Airplane (CFI) - 10hrs X $130.00 = $1,300.00
Practical Ground School (Minimum 35hrs) = $1,250.00
Materials $100.00
Written Test Fee (FOI, CFII, and CFI) = $300.00
Check Ride Fee = $630.00                                        Total Tuition = $6,130.00

MEI - If adding Certified Flight Instructor, Multi Engine - an additional $4,850.00 applies.

If applicant has previous Multi-Engine P.I.C. time, credit will be given for up to 10 hrs.

GROUND INSTRUCTOR - Certified Ground Instructor, Instrument = $100.00 written test fee.
Certified Ground Instructor, Advanced = $100.00 written test fee.     Total Tuition = $200.00

Ground Instructor Certification Course:

This course includes Fundamentals of Instruction, Advanced Ground Instructor and Instrument Ground Instructor and will lead up to Certified Advanced and Instrument Ground Instructor.  The cost is $3,750.00
